CarKore Design hires full-time and temporary employees, as well as, contractors.

Full-Time employees work a 40-hour week at one of CarKore’s office. Examples of staff include company officers, managers, HR personnel, and accounting personnel.

Temporary employees (Temps) are employed on a project specific as-needed basis. Temps are hired to work on graphic and web design projects. Examples of temps include publications and web specialists who work in CarKore’s offices. Employees are paid biweekly on Wednesdays.

Contractors are individuals who work on a freelance basis for a number of companies. Some writers, designers, web and new media specialists, and training instructors are contractors. Contractors do not receive any benefits from CarKore, nor does CarKore withhold any payroll.  Contractors are paid for acceptable work within 2 weeks of receipt of their approved invoices.
