• The Full Monty Plan
  From the invites to the thank you cards, we will plan every detail of your event. We will:
  • Suggest or locate the venue
  • Contact and hire vendors
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Plan the design and aesthetics of the event
  • Orchestrate all details and materials for the event
  • Design and print all invitations and supporting materials
  We can also arrange transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and gift bags for out-of-town guests, as well as track invitations and create seating charts to meet all of your organizational needs. From start to finish, we work with our clients to create an event that is reflective of their style.


• Half Way There Plan
  Semi-Planning is perfect for the client who has already begun planning their event and needs help completing the plan to make your event a success. With the Semi-Planning package, we will:
  • Enter the planning phase of the event at any point before the event date
  • Familiarize ourselves with vendors that have already been acquired and help to acquire additional vendors needed
  • Review contracts
  • Assume the role as the main point of contact for completing the planning process
  • Design and print all invitations
  • Design and print tri-fold or panel programs
  CarKore will complete the remainder of the planning and make your event a fabulous success.


• The Perfect Day Plan
  For the clients who have their event planned, but needs someone to ensure that it runs smoothly, this is the plan for you. We will:
  • Coordinate all vendors on the day of event
  • Prepare the site
  • Coordinate clean up and return of rentals
  • Organize any last-minute details for the event
  We will ensure that the plan that you have in place is carefully followed so that you and your guests need only enjoy your memorable event.
